The mission of Business Messaging is to be the primary way that people and businesses communicate by enabling valuable conversations between people and businesses across WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger. We’re looking for an experienced Business Product Marketer to join our growing product development business product marketing team ("BPM-Dev") focused on Whatsapp Business Integrity. In this role, you will be leading our integrity efforts to ensure customers and businesses have trusted, reliable and valuable interactions on Whatsapp. You will be responsible for bringing in market insights, influencing product strategies, driving holistic go-to-market strategies to land and drive awareness and adoption of our products, and working cross-functionally up/down/across with partners throughout the company. You will work with our Product, Engineering, Policy, Privacy, Legal, Communications and Partnerships teams to ensure all efforts are aligned from inception to launch and beyond — and communicated clearly and with empathy to all key stakeholders. Business Product Marketing Manager, WhatsApp Business Integrity Responsibilities
  • Influence and shape product strategies and roadmap based on market insights and experience
  • Lead development of target audiences, and positioning and narratives to support those audiences based on data and insights
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies including positioning, activation, measurement, asset development and integrated planning with cross-functional partners
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across product and GTM teams to drive awareness, adoption and retention of our solutions
  • Independently navigate a variety of internal and external stakeholders to influence, align, and drive execution
  • Effectively communicate up and across the organization
  • Independently execute with agility to evolve with business needs
Minimum Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree
  • 6+ years of professional experience in technology, strategy, consulting or marketing related discipline, with at least 2 years experience working in a product marketing or product management capacity (working with sales and or engineering leadership)
  • Communication and cross-functional leadership experience
  • Analytical and problem solving experience
  • Track record of managing complex, fast-paced and data-driven projects
  • Experience working with a variety of internal teams and stakeholders to understand and solve problems
  • Experience in B2B GTM Marketing
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree (MS/MBA)
  • Experience working on building technology products incorporating complicated issues related to business integrity, trust and quality
  • Experience working independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and fluid environment, with the experience to adapt, spot issues early, and escalate

$128,000/year to $186,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable. In addition to base salary, Meta offers benefits.
