Meta is seeking to fill a full-time position of Manager, P2P Operations (APAC), in our Asia Pacific Source to Pay Organization. As a key leader in the Source to Pay process, you will be the main point of contact for ensuring the successful delivery of our P2P activities in the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a regional team, developing, managing and improving the P2P function; and supporting all elements of Meta’s expenditures. You will be expected to problem solve, exercise good business judgment, and provide leadership, development, and coaching for the P2P Team in APAC.
Manager, P2P Operations (APAC) Responsibilities
  • Effectively lead the APAC P2P Operations function and demonstrate a strong partnership with our Global S2P functions, Finance, Accounting, IT, Direct/ Indirect Tax, Business users, Outsourced Service Providers, and Suppliers
  • Collaborate with the P2P Ops Global Process Owners (GPOs) and points of contact to define, standardize, implement, and monitor P2P processes and procedures that drive efficiencies, ease of use, scalability, integration with financial systems, end-to-end transparency, and an excellent user experience
  • Monitor key operational metrics that measure/ assess P2P performance and drive continuous improvement
  • Monitor the performance of our outsourced financial service providers including monitoring of metrics and capacity, as well as quality and effectiveness of the services provided relative to the APAC region
  • Ensure APAC P2P Operations complies with statutory requirements, company policies, processes, procedures, sourcing strategies, internal controls and other Finance objectives
  • Communicate & collaborate effectively with key internal, external & cross functional stakeholders through transparency and partnership
  • Ensure regular communication and training on processes and systems for employees, outsourced providers, and suppliers
  • Regularly obtain internal customer and external supplier feedback on P2P service delivery performance
  • Partner with Source-to-Pay cross functional groups (e.g.: Global Sourcing, Global Sourcing Contracts, Travel Meeting & Events (TME), Global Outsourcing (GO) and others) to ensure excellent end-to-end performance
  • Responsible for leadership and development of the APAC P2P team, including goal-setting, performance reviews and career development
  • Manage, coordinate, and support special projects as needed
  • Manage day-to-day APAC P2P Operations including operational oversight, innovation & process improvement, controls & compliance oversight
  • PO and Non-PO invoice processing, holds, payment cycles, records management, GL entries, month-end and year-end closing of the AP modules, and account reconciliation, performance of root cause analysis, and issue resolution related to system/personnel performance issues
  • Ensure APAC P2P Operations complexities and specific needs are addressed through scale processes and automation
  • Help define, implement, and monitor: Scalable and automated finance systems, key operational metrics that measure finance performance and which drive continuous improvement and Finance processes that drive efficiencies and ease of use
  • Partner with Strategic Sourcing and Procurement Ops teams to ensure excellent source-to-pay performance
  • Collaborate with Supplier Master Team to ensure processes and systems provide for effective onboarding and management of supplier invoices and payments
Minimum Qualifications
  • BA/BS in Finance
  • 10+ years of People management experience, and working in a global matrix environment
  • Experience working with and managing performance of outsourced financial service providers
  • Experience with the end-to-end P2P process and knowledge of Oracle’s financial solutions
  • Experience driving change and improving the end-to-end process
  • Knowledge with data analysis and problem solving
  • Solid experience in leading and managing complex projects within Source to Pay
  • Proven experience in leading and developing high performance teams
  • Experience in working with and leading projects and process with regional and global teams
