Product Lifecycle Management Analyst Responsibilities
  • Lead the collaboration with upstream and downstream Supply Chain partners to independently drive Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) rack configuration processes spanning New Product Introduction to Mass Production for Meta’s global data center fleet.
  • Work closely with external suppliers and Meta internal stakeholders to enable seamless, rapid, globally scalable implementation of world-class material, product data and documentation to enable Meta’s ambitious growth targets.
  • Drive the Infra PLM Team’s successful execution of operational activities to support New Product Introduction (NPI) as well as Mass Production (MP) programs to include high quality on-time delivery of BOM structuring, BOM release and changes,ECOs and MCOs while upholding the highest quality and process standards.
  • Act as primary interface with key external suppliers and Meta internal stakeholders (including Sourcing, Procurement, Manufacturing & Product Quality Engineering, Technical Program Management, and Logistics) to accurately and expeditiously process changes.
  • Analyze, design, develop, test, and implement phases of technical projects.
  • Work closely with Meta’s product and engineering teams to define team needs, metrics, and key performance indicators.
  • Overseetechnical solutions and software development lifecycle end-to-end, project plans and ensure onetime delivery and provide hands on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases.
  • Develop software solutions to support the company’s large-scale infrastructure, systems, and operations.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Software, Engineering, Applied Sciences, Mathematics, Analytics, Physics, or related field and three years of work experience in the job offered or in an analytics-related occupation.
  • Requires three years of experience in the following:
  • 1. PLM tools and processes, document control and configuration management
  • 2. Technical knowledge of product structure and processes including Bill of Material buildout, change control and PLM standards
  • 3. Proven experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
  • 4. Delivering timely impact across multiple high priority projects in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
  • 5. Proven process improvement
  • 6. Product knowledge of datacenter compute, storage and networking equipment or consumer electrical products
  • 7. Oracle Agile or Fusion PD / PDH / IM PLM tools and
  • 8. Working with global ODMs.

$156,098/year to $165,440/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable. In addition to base salary, Meta offers benefits.
