Data Developer Responsibilities
  • Apply quantitative skills to and incorporate qualitative insights to inform and influence strategy for Global Operations.
  • Partner with Operations, Data Science, Data Engineering, Product and Engineering teams to solve problems and identify trends and opportunities.
  • Analyze data, conduct research and synthesize feedback into plans, processes and playbooks.
  • Build/maintain data infrastructure (data pipelines, aggregated data sets, reports, dashboards) to monitor the performance of our operations and drive business understanding.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Math, Statistics, Operations Research, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, or related field, and three years of work experience in job offered or in a computer-related occupation. Experience must include three years of experience in each of the following:
  • Querying and manipulating complex raw datasets for analysis using SQL and at least one scripting languages: PHP, Python, or Perl
  • Data Development, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, or Visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker)
  • Reporting systems, data pipeline architecture, and data modeling
  • Explaining technical concepts and analysis implications clearly to varied audiences and be able to translate business objectives into actionable analyses
  • Developing data pipelines via SQL and Python-based ETL frameworks
  • Writing testable code

$173,589/year to $203,280/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable. In addition to base salary, Meta offers benefits.
