The successful candidate will join the team as a Product Manager, Global Workforce Solutions and will be responsible for identifying and scoping process, tooling and/or data solutions that will optimize our global scaled reviewer workforce and enable our partner teams to develop best-in-class capabilities. We then partner across operations and cross functional teams to deliver. Once deployed, we aim to build an engaged community of product users and provide excellent support and system stability.
Product Manager, Global Workforce Solutions Team Responsibilities
  • Focus on Supply and Demand Planning tooling and solutions that will support efficiency across the workforce ecosystem
  • Partner with a variety of operations team to identify highest impact opportunities to optimize the well-being, effectiveness and efficiency of our globally scaled workforce
  • Identify, design and launch initiatives to build new/transform existing Workforce & Readiness capabilities
  • Develop deep operations expertise, gather insights & prioritize requirements to create business cases to drive product and tools strategy
  • Assume overall delivery responsibility for large cross functional projects and manage projects and programs of work end-to-end from inception through to delivery
  • Ensure comprehensive and timely communication across diverse stakeholder teams
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of workforce management and/or complex operations experience
  • 5+ years of project or program management experience
  • Proven structured problem solving and analytical experience, leveraging data to inform decision making
  • Proven stakeholder management skills and experience communicating to various disciplines and levels within an organization
  • Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience.

$122,000/year to $177,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable. In addition to base salary, Meta offers benefits.
