As a Program Manager for the Product Engineering Operations team in the Reality Labs Devices organization in Meta, you will manage projects related to product and business operations and continuous process improvement to enable our team to execute and innovate at speed. You will work across the Devices organization, which consists of product engineering, technology engineering, manufacturing and customer operations. You will also work with partners in product and program management teams, finance and other cross-functional teams in RL. You will proactively identify operational pain points and opportunities to improve and scale business practices. You will manage multiple projects, analyze data and solve problems, collaborating across the team to optimize overall results. Program Manager - Product Engineering Operations (University Grad) Responsibilities
  • Partner with engineering and operations managers and cross-functional teams to support execution, defining and executing projects for process improvements as needed.
  • Project manage initiatives to support product engineering by developing project plans, aligning stakeholders, tracking milestones, defining and monitoring KPIs, and delivering regular status updates on project deliverables.
  • Review and analyze data sets to identify areas of improvement, presenting your recommendations.
  • Drive and facilitate project/program reviews.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelors degree in Engineering, Operations Research, Applied Math, Business Management or similar field. Degree must be completed prior to joining Meta.
  • 1+ Years Experience in Program or Project management.
  • Experience with problem solving and providing insights and recommendations from data sets.
  • Experience with communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working with cross-functional partners and stakeholders.
  • Experience with Microsoft / Google Suites, advanced skills in Excel / Sheets.
  • Must obtain work authorization in country of employment at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Masters in Engineering, Operations Research, Applied Math, Business Management or similar field.
  • Experience working with Tableau dashboards or equivalent tools and pulling data queries from internal systems.
  • Experience with statistical analysis, predictive models, data processing, optimization and visualization with Python, Matlab, R, SQL.
  • Experience with project management tools.
  • Experience with developing and analyzing the business case for a project, including ROI, risks, trade-offs.

$102,000/year to $120,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable. In addition to base salary, Meta offers benefits.
