Meta is seeking an experienced Internal Audit Manager to join our team and lead assurance audits across Meta’s Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, and LATAM organizations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience identifying and assessing financial, operational, and compliance risks across various business functions, evaluating the design of processes and controls, and executing large-scale and complex audits. In addition, the candidate will need to exhibit strong technical, project management, and communication skills necessary to navigate a complex environment and cultivate strong partnerships with key stakeholders.
Internal Audit Manager - Sales & Marketing and LATAM Responsibilities
  • Manages quarterly vertical risk assessment with limited oversight
  • Participates in annual enterprise risk assessment
  • Assist in developing and executing a dynamic audit plan to address high risk areas within Sales, Marketing, Partnerships and LATAM region
  • Build and own stakeholder relationships including manager level relationships (e.g., touchpoint, exchange of information, risk-based discussions to cultivate trust)
  • Evaluate adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls for key processes
  • Manages the overall audit execution (project scoping, fieldwork, and reporting), including adhering to QAIP assessment expectations
  • Aligns with business to develop remediation plans and due dates, and perform post-remediation validation testing
  • Effectively manage stakeholder relationships and oversee audit engagements with co-sourcing partners, providing direction, and ensuring accomplishment of audits and projects
  • Build subject matter expertise in industry areas and stay up to date on new regulatory and industry developments
  • Promote thought leadership for new ideas and new ways of executing projects and infrastructure enhancements to drive continuous improvements in the delivery of internal audit services
  • Promote automation in completion of audit testing and innovate new ways of executing projects to drive continuous improvements in the delivery of internal audits
  • The position may require limited domestic/international travel.
Minimum Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in Big 4, Management Consulting, Multinational Corporate Environment, Sales & Marketing, Risk Management, and/or Internal Audit
  • Critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in end-to-end project management, risk assessment, systems evaluation, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Experience operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects/initiatives
  • Problem solving skills that demonstrate critical thinking and “outside-the-box” approach to reach a solution
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA, CIA, and/or CISA
  • Audit experience in Sales & Marketing, Compliance or Product
  • Experience in data analytics, online privacy, security, or regulatory compliance
  • Familiarity with machine learning/AI models
  • Internal Audit experience in the LATAM region

$136,000/year to $194,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable. In addition to base salary, Meta offers benefits.
