Meta is seeking a Client Solutions Manager (CSM) to join our Global Marketing Solutions team. Based in Warsaw, the CSM will co-lead the eComm & Retail vertical in CEE Emerging Markets, primarily Czech, Ukraine, Romania & Greece. The CSM will work on a number of high profile retail and ecommerce accounts, which are operating multi-channel, across countries (EMEA and global) and combine both brand and performance marketing on the Meta platforms. All offer big potential and need extensive support. We are looking for a strategic and enthusiastic solution-driver who puts customers at the core of everything. This person has a passion for marketing and business development, and a firm belief that the future of marketing is identity-based, data-driven and grounded in measurable outcomes. With proven understanding of an online full funnel strategy ( including brand and performance marketing on Facebook and Instagram), the CSM is responsible to drive revenue by advising on overall marketing tactics and campaigns on Facebook platforms, negotiating and optimizing the advertising solutions, and uses data and analytics to build consultative advice for our customers. The CSM works in close collaboration with a client partner, jointly operating as a strong business team and trusted advisor towards our clients. Success in this position requires a high level of consultative and analytical skills (campaign analytics, dashboarding, ad solution optimization), with focus on client development. The CSM must be solution-oriented, with curiosity and the ability to drive impact in a dynamic, team-focused environment, while moving fast against challenging deadlines. We are looking for an entrepreneurial, yet strategic individual. We look for an ‘enabler’ mentality and the ability to establish strong partnerships with clients and their agencies– both in terms of culture and business outcomes – in a constantly changing environment with high expectations. This position will be based in our Warsaw office reporting into Head of CEE Emerging Markets.
Client Solutions Manager, Commerce CEE Emerging Markets Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop key account(s) in retail & e-commerce
  • Build and manage relationships within the clients and with agency partners (media, creative, marketing partners
  • Solid understanding of (Digital) Marketing, Technology, and accompanying Facebook advertising solutions
  • Drive product adoption across all FB Inc platforms Capability to work in equal partnerships with client partners, identifying, creating, and implementing marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our business partners Innovation-based solution perspective, building on client needs
  • Experience in ad tech/online marketing technologies and understanding on how to implement them for an effective and efficient marketing strategy
  • Radar for lighthouse innovation opportunities, with focus on projects that unlock new sources of revenue
  • Strong profiling as external advisor, educating clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow existing business partnerships
  • Ability to translate business objectives into a marketing strategy ( including campaign strategy, proposing campaign structures) and implementing measurement solutions (actionable insights, translate results into recommendations)
  • Consulting skills towards clients and agencies in the field of planning, execution, creative, measurement, ongoing reporting and optimization of campaigns
  • Highly developed data analytics skills, translating data into insights to guide strategy and implementation of Facebook solutions
Minimum Qualifications
  • 7+ years’ experience in marketing, media and/or consulting role
  • Knowledge of the marketing industry and business development trends within marketing
  • Understanding of both brand marketing and online (performance) marketing and major advertising success metrics
  • Knowledge of and passion for digital marketing and accompanying Meta solutions
  • Good retail and e-commerce industry and customer knowledge, experience in the retail and/or e-commerce industry is preferred
  • Experience in working effectively with cross functional teams and across different levels of senior management (internally and externally)
  • Experience with analyzing datasets delivering upon actionable insights required, advanced Excel skills preferred
  • Strong project management, communication and prioritization skills and internal/external partner management
  • Strategic skills to translate business challenges into opportunities and build short and long-term roadmaps
  • Natural confidence and strong presence towards decision makers
  • Collaborative by nature, in working with a highly diverse group of cross functional teams, internally and externally
  • English speaking (Ukrainian, Czech, Romanian or Greek is the advantage)
  • Willing to travel (20%)
