This role will support visual quality work across the GenAI Content team This person will use their experience with content creation and editing (specifically photography and video) to elevate the quality bar across Meta’s AI product suite. The ideal candidate will have strong editorial judgment and a keen eye for engaging visuals and emerging trends within the social space — as well as a deep knowledge of photography, visual media editing, art styles, mobile editing tools and AI photo apps. They will serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders working across AI on priority product initiatives and will direct day-to-day oversight of internal contractors supporting visual workflows within GenAI content. The role involves content performance analysis, fielding and prioritizing incoming requests, troubleshooting product issues, and improving product performance via solution-based feedback and internal reporting. Candidates should have the proven ability to work efficiently under pressure and past experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Content Manager, GenAI Responsibilities
  • Drive Gen AI content strategy by partnering with internal stakeholders to establish visual quality across AI-outputs within Meta’s product suite
  • Track, analyze, and communicate qualitative visual trends and metrics as they relate to AI image creation and editing within our products and in the greater market with compelling, actionable insights for partner teams
  • Manage team evaluation work as it pertains to visual outputs across surfaces
  • Contribute to iterative quality content evaluation guidelines to drive model performance
  • Apply review guidelines to content at scale, maintaining commitment to accuracy and consistency
  • Lead through influence and collaboration within GenAI Content team and relevant stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications
  • 8+ years experience in an editorial, photography/video editing, content production or social media role.
  • Knowledge of current cultural and tech trends
  • Proficiency in content management systems, spreadsheets and data analytics tools
  • Demonstrated experience working independently to drive multiple projects, and adapting to a changing environment
  • Experience with mobile tooling for visual content creation as well as in using a variety of creative (such as Adobe Acrobat, Creative Suite, Photoshop, and Final Cut Pro or Premier) for creating and editing compelling visuals
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with AI prompt engineering, annotation and/or within an AI product team
  • Experience working with product teams or programs (or other equivalent fields) from roadmapping through delivery
  • Experience working in content labeling and analysis

$159,000/year to $223,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable. In addition to base salary, Meta offers benefits.
