Our team partners closely with leaders to set the strategic direction of the long-term product roadmap. We analyze the trends that shape our world, and apply them to our portfolio of products to identify how to position Meta for long-term success. We particularly focus on themes of monetization and how to evolve Meta’s business model. This role will provide support for our Business Integrity product group, which is tasked with some of the most critical issues facing our company, from election interference and user privacy to coordinated networks of bad actors. We are looking for a visionary strategic thinker with integrity and/or ads experience who can help the organization create inventive, systems-level solutions that enable the business of Meta while protecting people and businesses from harm. The candidate is expected to influence the long-term roadmaps and org structure while growing a new team.
Manager, Product Strategy - Integrity Responsibilities
  • Evaluate our product portfolio and roadmap, identify and prioritize new opportunities, evolve our product strategy, and guide long-term roadmaps
  • Influence product leadership in monetization and more broadly across the company to achieve our mission and strategy
  • Lead and grow a high-performance team
Minimum Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in product strategy at a consumer tech/e-commerce/b2b company and/or strategy consulting with exposure to consumer tech and/or product management
  • Track record of developing and leading high-performance, nimble and analytically rigorous teams
  • Experience shifting priorities while maintaining a high degree of organization and focus
Preferred Qualifications
  • Substantive experience in Ads or Integrity systems
  • Experience driving innovation at leading tech company
