Technical Program Manager Responsibilities
  • Analyze product requirements provided by Engineering and Business teams to define technical program requirements, high-priority action items, and long-term project execution strategy
  • Map dependencies and relationship between products, platforms, projects, resources, and technologies throughout all stages of software platform modifications and upgrades
  • Conduct market business research in management and tech industries
  • Expedite internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions, and communicate program status, issues, and risks to stakeholders to aid in business decision-making
  • Lead and manage all project phases including technical analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation support
  • Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and key quality metrics to ensure Infrastructure Engineering projects adhere to business requirements and technical specifications
  • Identify project infrastructure problems that could present long-term, critical effects, and develop modular solutions to present to stakeholders and Engineering leadership
  • Ensure that production decisions align with company-wide strategic initiatives
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, and lead efforts to increase the automation of program and project processes
  • May Telecommute from any location in the U.S. (Remote worker benefit)
Minimum Qualifications
  • 36 months of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Experience must include 36 months involving the following:
  • Program or project management in a technology organization
  • Software engineering including architecture and design
  • Working with technical management teams on coordination of multiple high-impact projects
  • Programming language: JIRA
