While we lead our team to create innovative films, content, and experience across our own channels, we also guide our lead agencies in the creation of content for TV, Print and OOH. Creative X is looking for a Creative Director who can leverage experience in marketing communications, developing great creative talent, visual storytelling and innovation to build and grow the creative product-marketing function at Facebook.
Creative Director Responsibilities
  • Drive the direction and development of our in-house consumer creative strategy, plans and execution
  • Work with the marketers on the team to deliver highly-engaging, rapidly-deployed messages
  • Be the main creative voice of a brand
  • Develop original marketing content for a variety of marketing touch-points
  • Work closely with the Product and UX design team to make sure the product touch-points are aligned with the brand
  • Prioritize projects accordingly
  • Manage a program calendar/roadmap and communicate to all stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications
  • 10+ years experience in creative role with an emphasis on consumer marketing
  • Demonstrated experience working on mobile-first social campaigns
  • Experience developing and managing consumer marketing programs in a global integrated marketing environment
  • Experience recruiting talent and developing teams
  • Demonstrated creative excellence with proven global and digital abilities
  • Track record of working in cross-functional teams
  • Experience leading creative work
  • Experience working at speed, in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK
  • Experience working across international markets
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Design, Journalism, Marketing or related discipline
  • Experience creating work on behalf of technology clients
  • Experience working on APAC and India markets
  • Future-first mindset, and experience creating in new platforms. This may include, but is not limited to: AI, augmented, virtual or mixed reality, experiential, digital immersive experiences.
  • Experience pursuing emerging technologies
