The VR Shell Graphics team mission is to deliver the core infrastructure to support building a rich, immersive, and spatial home experience. This team is involved in all aspects of development of this space - from partnering with the Art team on tooling and asset/content pipelines to the final stages of refining the environment that users experience. This is an exciting and constantly evolving area as new experiences and capabilities are built regularly for this critical area of the Metaverse. We are looking for an engineering manager that brings experience with 3D Graphics engines (Unreal, Unity, others), physics / simulation / animation systems, creation tools such as Maya/Blender, and a passion for building high performance systems. A successful candidate in this role is self-driven, has strong communication skills, thrives in a cutting-edge environment, and experience driving projects successfully across multiple teams working on different areas of a product stack.
