Project Manager, Community Operations Responsibilities
  • Deeply understand the architecture and integration points of Meta’s community support processes, product and policies.
  • Analyze complex support flows and provide recommendations for process, policy and product improvements.
  • Track and analyze key operational metrics to deeply understand the support ecosystem and help determine where to focus optimization efforts.
  • Work with cross-functional partners to improve the community support experience on our existing suite of products.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to develop scalable solutions to support Meta’s global user base.
  • Use problem-solving skills to resolve large and complex business problems.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, International Political Economy, or a related field, or foreign equivalent.
  • 36 months in the job offered or in a related occupation
  • Experience must include 36 months of experience involving the following:
  • 1. Leading strategic implementation and planning for risk and growth
  • 2. Business process analysis
  • 3. Tracking and analyzing key operational metrics, deeply understanding the support ecosystem and determining where to focus optimization efforts
  • 4. Investigation Software
  • 5. Project Management
  • 6. Investigating and identifying misuse of software products and features.

$127,783/year to $156,750/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable. In addition to base salary, Meta offers benefits.
