The Partner Solutions team accelerates customer success by understanding the needs of advertisers, activating partner solutions, and connecting customers to the right partners. The Partner Solutions Manager will be part of an LATAM team responsible for driving the adoption of partner solutions, focused specifically on Business Messaging, working closely with the Meta sales teams and Meta clients. Meta’s Business Messaging mission is to become the primary way that people and businesses communicate through APIs and tools such as WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram Direct. Today, about five hundred million users and seven hundred and fifty thousand businesses around the world use business messaging and we’re just starting to put into place a full funnel sales operation to drive further growth. The Business Messaging Partner Solutions Manager is at the forefront of our mission to become the primary way that people and businesses communicate, enabled through our partner ecosystem. This is a fast-paced, high-performing and strategic role which requires excellent business acumen, experience working with clients and partners alike, creativity, critical thinking and technical aptitude to grow the Business Messaging base for enterprise companies. You’ll leverage your track record of success in enabling partner solutions to achieve these goals. The ideal candidate will have experience working with sales and cross-functional teams to drive solution adoption among advertisers. Success in this position requires a strong understanding of using advertising and marketing technology solutions to meet business objectives.
Partner Solutions Manager, Business Messaging Responsibilities
  • Partner with Meta sales teams to accelerate Business Messaging revenue growth, enable technological capabilities and accelerate solution adoption by leveraging Meta Business Partners and consultancies.
  • Project manage client engagements, help scope projects alongside Meta Business Partners and Meta Sales teams and qualify clients for Business Messaging solutions.
  • Engage with the local Meta Business Partner POCs to drive engagements, progress client opportunities, maintain regular updates from them on client engagements, collect feedback and surface to internal Meta teams, help them navigate Meta / escalate / unlock roadblocks and progress client engagements.
  • Work as part of a core Business Messaging taskforce and navigate multiple internal XFN stakeholders across Business Messaging to ensure alignment and help further the sales engagements around Business Messaging.
  • Report on progress, communicate internally and externally, identifying and highlighting opportunities for improvement and growth.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 8+ years' direct experience of consultative or solution selling/digital marketing, in the online advertising or marketing technology industry or equivalent
  • Experience & familiarity working with technical integrations such as API
  • Experience of analyzing complex business problems, scoping and presenting technology solutions at multiple levels from C-level through to functional managers
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter with communication and influencing skills
  • Experience working effectively and cross-functionally with peers and managers, both internally and externally
  • Experience working with strategic business partners
  • Demonstrated experience to operate at scale across multiple teams and initiatives
  • Strong execution and project management experience and quantitative/analytical skills
