Our Data Centers are the foundation upon which our rapidly scaling infrastructure efficiently operates to deliver our innovative services. Meta is seeking a self-motivated Operations Program Manager (OPM) to join our Infrastructure Data Center (IDC) Business Operations Program Management team (BOPM). This role will be located in the Grand Canal Office, Dublin, Ireland. In this Role OPM will support EMEA & APAC (Singapore) regions. As part of a shared service organization, the team is called upon to support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of business processes to support all aspects of the IDC organization.This OPM will focus their support on the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of business processes to support all aspects of the IDC organization, starting with developing strategies for team communications, knowledge management, general program/project management, and business operations support. Success in this role demands excellent communication skills, ability to adapt to stakeholder needs, attention to detail, and a tendency for action. The selected candidate will be able to quickly build relationships, assess process and stakeholder pain points, and deliver robust and efficient solutions that scale across a diverse, global, and highly cross-functional organization. Meta’s infrastructure is constantly redefining what is possible, and we need an experienced Operations Program Manager who will help us do the same.
  • Drive excellence by partnering with Stakeholders across IDC to identify and deliver strategies for team and program information flow, knowledge management, and/or business alignment
  • Utilize your project management and communication skills to define scope requirements, analyze data, and develop strategic recommendations for program and operational execution
  • Lead cross functional and regional business process improvements and be able to clearly articulate current state and drive towards targeted future state
  • Effectively prioritize the delivery of multiple projects to different stakeholders under tight deadlines
  • Work cross functionally and across regions to develop detailed business requirements and quantify pain points around operational issues.
  • Collaborate on goal setting and strategic priorities for partner organizations and effectively communicate to ensure globally dispersed teams are aligned
  • Continually refine the best practices for Regional program management consistent with Meta, Infra, and Infra Data Center’s environment
  • Act as business liaison between Business Operations Program Managers (BOPM) and other IDC teams
  • Drive progress with minimal oversight or escalation across a global team
  • Facilitate and manage the internal team and leadership meetings
  • Help build relationships, gain consensus, remove tension/roadblocks while focusing on solutions
  • Ability to travel approximately 10%
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience in a quantitative field in a management consulting, program management, strategic planning, business operations, strategic communications or business analytics role.
  • Experience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones
  • Proven background and interest in process improvement and gap analysis
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Management, Operations, Business, Engineering or related field
  • Hands-on experience analyzing and interpreting data, drawing conclusions, defining recommended actions, and reporting results across stakeholders
  • Must obtain work authorization in the country of employment at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment
  • Experience dealing with ambiguity, operating in a high-growth environment, and solving problems with limited oversight
  • Experience in influencing strategy and effective communication with leadership
Preferred Qualifications
  • 8+ years experience in program management, strategic planning, or data analytics with a demonstrated track record of leadership in execution of large-scale programs
  • Proven experience with managing varied information management solutions (wikis, collaborative platforms or content management platforms) a plus
  • Technical and data skills such as Excel and SQL and/or experience with visualization tools such as Tableau to drive efficient analytics and reporting
  • Program Management, Agile, or Six Sigma certification(s)
