The Creator Partnerships team at Facebook/Instagram works with thousands of creators, influencers, public figures, musicians, actors, athletes, etc. across India who are all referred to as our Creator partners. This team manages and maintains direct relationships with our key Creator partners to ensure that these relationships meet the joint growth objectives of partners and Instagram/Facebook. This team also runs creator focused scaled programs such as ‘Born on Instagram’. Finally, the team also serves as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders in context of these relationships. We are looking for an experienced professional to join us as a Partner Solutions Manager in this team. This position is located in Gurgaon or Mumbai and will require up to 20% travel.
Partner Solutions Manager, Creator Partnerships Responsibilities
  • Co-own and achieve the measurable, growth goals of a large set of creators across all partner managers.
  • Understand partners’ core business needs and propose innovative solutions and opportunities to help partners achieve platform success.
  • Experiment with new approaches and continuously enhance the partner management toolkit.
  • Develop, manage and scale partnership programs that drive product adoption and partner business value through Meta's family of apps.
  • Offer high-touch solutions based on familiarity with product launch status and bugs, proactively advocating for partners and pushing issues toward resolution.
  • Always be on top of data, proactively identify and address potential issues.
  • Proactively synthesize findings, develop recommendations, and communicate results as they relate to the ecosystem.
  • Respond to Internal and External partner inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy and accuracy.
  • Act as an internal advocate on behalf of partners with cross-functional teams.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience in account management, social media, partner or project management.
  • Experience working with content Creators, Agency, Media, or Tech company.
  • Experience with using Instagram or Facebook to help partners or clients reach their goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to beat highly aspirational business goals with a strong P&L owner mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to design, develop and execute complex programs at scale.
  • Ability to quickly experiment, iterate and scale new initiatives and a strong bias for action.
  • Ability to analyse large volumes of data to derive insights to achieve your objectives.
  • Ability to identify available resources, self-learn and quickly gain expertise in new areas.
  • Experience of having worked in large, fast-moving cross-functional environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum of bachelor degree. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience.
  • Avid Facebook and Instagram user, a knowledge of both products.
  • Understanding of Creators, Social-media and Short-form video ecosystem.
