Product Manager, Business Messaging Integrity
The Business Messaging Integrity team works across Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp and other Meta Integrity teams to prevent and mitigate risks that may occur via business messaging interactions. We protect privacy of people and businesses while detecting and enforcing on policy violations and provide consistent integrity experience to businesses using Meta Messaging products. We are looking for an experienced Product Manager for this 0-1 product area to help us identify and build solutions that supports growth of Meta messaging products and safely connect people and businesses over messaging. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the ads ecosystem, and ability to envision products and develop solutions in an ambiguous space. This role requires strong collaboration skills, as projects require regular cross-team and cross-functional work.
Product Manager, Business Messaging Integrity Responsibilities
  • Understand integrity related issues within Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp and translate them into product solutions
  • Assess and prioritize growth opportunities to inform business and product strategy
  • Reduce business friction through a consistent integrity experience
  • Plan and lead cross-functional efforts to drive product beta programs and launches
  • Work with Ops/Legal/Stakeholder teams to proactively identify integrity enforcement areas
Minimum Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree
  • 5+ years work experience as a product manager within tech ecosystem
  • Communicator with experience simplifying concepts, influencing executive stakeholders, and creating messaging and content for external audiences
  • Cross-functional collaborator with experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA
  • Experience working in product management on a business-focused SaaS product
  • Experience working on AI/ML products
  • Working knowledge of data tools and/or SQL
