Facebook is seeking an experienced creative and strategic leader who has demonstrated success managing a team of professionals across several offices and countries. The candidate should have a strong portfolio of award winning, effective, marketing campaigns and a passion for great ideas that scale. The Director of Creative Shop, South East Asia & Emerging Market will lead and inspire a team of creative strategists, working across all verticals, while strengthening partnership within the Facebook sales organization, Marketing Science, Product Marketing - among others - as well as clients and creative agencies. The ideal candidate will have senior level management experience but also possess a brilliant creative and strategic mind with the flexibility to work cross-functionally. Additionally, the candidate must have extensive experience packaging and presenting online solutions to large brands. This position is located in our Singapore office and reports into the APAC Director of Creative Shop based in Singapore.
Director of Creative Shop, South East Asia & Emerging Markets Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire a team of creative strategists across South East Asia & Emerging Market
  • Responsibility across various industries at a regional level
  • Work cross-functionally with Category Leaders, Sales Partners, Product Marketing and Engineering teams to develop creative solutions to address individual advertiser's problems as well as vertical ones
  • Support creative strategists in the creation of persuasive campaigns that demonstrate the value of Facebook platforms to advertisers
  • Work collaboratively on a global network of creatives
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, with exceptional quality and provide the Sales team with necessary in-market support
  • Build collaborative relationships with creative and media agencies
Minimum Qualifications
  • 15+ years marketing experience in leading creatives and building creative solutions in the digital media space across multiple market
  • Experience in leading teams, characterized by a culture of inclusion and a growth mindset
  • Strong operational rigour to ensure achievement of key objectives
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects alongside strategic and team management responsibilities
  • Experience communicating effectively, collaborating and influencing strategically across cross-functional partners at all levels in a fast-paced environment
  • Skilled storyteller with experience communicating the benefit of marketing strategies to large brands
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with an emphasis on translating product information and data in to client value
  • Ability to perform well in highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Avid Facebook user and knowledge of social media and entertainment industry a plus.
