Functional Business Analytics Partners drive recruiting through the lens of business data by empowering Recruiting leaders to integrate data into daily decisions and planning. In this role, you will partner with managers across one of our recruiting functions to identify, influence, and enact tactical recruiting action building and planning. This role will perform research and conduct analyses on a broad spectrum of recruiting issues, with the focus on how we efficiently meet the company’s hiring objectives through our recruiting teams and supporting functions. The ideal candidate will have strong consultative, communication, analytical, data/dashboard building, and storytelling skills and will thrive managing concurrent projects while working with a cross-functional team to drive outcomes. We are looking for someone who enjoys building, figuring out the best way to achieve results, and working closely with a diverse set of teams and partners to make impact!
