Partner Manager, Commerce Responsibilities
  • Primary point of contact for a range of Commerce partners, responsible for strategy definition, execution, and iteration on the portfolio.
  • Influence partner roadmaps by identifying mutual value exchange opportunities.
  • Identify areas of innovation and risk in the partnerships.
  • Drive enablement, ongoing management, and evolution of our partner engagements, in-line with our overarching third-party Commerce go-to-market strategies.
  • Work with cross-functional colleagues to surface and prioritize new partnership opportunities to address market demand.
  • Act on behalf of Commerce Partnerships with internal stakeholders, maintaining a strong feedback loop with product to ensure market feedback is considered for roadmaps.
  • Engage with global Partner Management colleagues to share best practices and identify areas of collaboration/innovation that should feed into our broader partner strategy to support our advertisers.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in digital technology, advertising technology, or equivalent, in partner/account management roles or as a client.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Experience gathering and analyzing data, research and market analysis, translating this information into requirements to develop a long-term strategy.
  • Scrappy, resourceful, action and detail-oriented, with a high ownership experience delivering measurable impact.
  • Demonstrated experience executing in a fast-paced environment with several internal cross functional teams and external stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working at or with third-party Commerce or AdTech companies.

$105,000/year to $152,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable. In addition to base salary, Meta offers benefits.
