The Global Response Operations (GRO) organization within Global Operations responds to highly sensitive and urgent events and problem spaces. We focus on the detection, critical response, and intelligence capabilities needed to identify, prioritize, and mitigate the most critical issues for the business and for our communities. Intelligence Managers on the GRO Intelligence team are responsible for preparing intelligence reports, handling sensitive information or graphic content, and providing recommendations to various stakeholders using compelling narratives and data-driven trends.
