As a project manager within Reality Labs Partnerships team, this role will lead Partner and Program Management on the smart glasses and augmented reality partnerships organization. The main function of a non-technical project manager is to improve and run partnership operations, develop strategies to improve partnership health, and lead strategic initiatives in such fields as product, partnerships, communications, marketing, etc. This role will work with a large cohort of cross-functional teams, one of Reality Labs’ most strategic partners, and regularly engage with leadership.
Program Manager, Reality Labs & AI Partnerships Responsibilities
  • Lead large scale cross-functional projects, including defining the coordination strategy, defining the option space, and leading the execution across multiple teams at Meta
  • Coordinate large scale projects, developing the strategy, enlisting cross-functional teams, executing the strategy, and measuring its success
  • Manage large scale project plans for leadership engagements, project planning, managing resource allocation, and working across leadership teams
  • Provide high quality partner service and communicate project status (timelines, progress, findings and challenges) to technology and business stakeholders regularly
  • Develop regular communications for leadership that clearly communicate the status of programs, and support needs
  • Proactively identify, manage and mitigate project risks and find ways to accomplish project goals in the context of dynamic business environments
  • Establish creative and sustainable processes to manage day-to-day partnership operations and drive efficiency/effectiveness to ensure essential KPIs/ goals are met
  • Propose new operational structures to support Meta and Meta’s AR Partner goals
  • Enlist employees in cross-functional teams to contribute to larger team strategies
  • Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects
  • Anticipate the needs of the broader team, organization, and partnership
Minimum Qualifications
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
  • 8+ years of professional experience in partner management, program management or relevant experience.
  • Experience as a lead point of contact for projects
  • Proven experience operating at multiple altitudes from high-level operational planning to tactical execution, managing multiple sub-work streams at once
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working within technology companies or consumer electronic companies
  • Strong knowledge of G-suite, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel
  • Experience working independently and manage one’s time
  • Strong communication skills, problem solving skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments

$159,000/year to $223,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable. In addition to base salary, Meta offers benefits.
