You will be part of the Americas Telco Partnerships Team team and working on the Business Messaging & Mobile Authentication program which is one of the top company priorities for Meta. Our team focuses on managing key programs across the partners, planning regional prioritization, executing initiatives, running scalable programs and innovating new solutions by creating a holistic partnership value. This position will be based in our Sao Paulo office.
Business Development & Program Manager, Telco Ecosystem Partnerships Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies for mobile authentication and business messaging, including market analysis, competitor research, trend forecasting and partnerships
  • Manage programs related to mobile authentication and business messaging, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different time zones to drive the execution of projects and initiatives.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the authentication business landscape to inform strategic decisions.
  • Foster strong relationships with partners and stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for mobile authentication matters.
  • Drive continuous improvement in our mobile authentication and business messaging offerings based on market trends, customer feedback, and business performance.
  • Travel as needed for business purposes (approximately 30% of the time) to meet with partners and stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of authentication or messaging business.
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding their priorities and building relationships (internal partners will include Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Legal)
  • Experience in functions like product, strategy and innovation
  • Excellent team player with a proactive approach to work.
  • Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and take reasonable actions.
  • Ability to travel for business purposes.
  • Fluency in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree or higher
