The Global Business Group works with partners to help them grow their businesses on our platforms, which in turn generates revenue. This is a highly cross-functional role, involving close partnership across a number of teams within Meta including Sales, Partnerships, Strategy, Product, Marketing, Operations and the Finance Organizations. This team’s focus on analysis and data-driven decision-making allows us to work effectively with our colleagues in the rest of the business in order to optimize long-term financial growth. Successful candidates will have exceptional analytical skills, a bias toward action, exceptional partnering and communication skills, and strong interest in the sales ecosystem. This role requires strategic thinking, building connections and influencing stakeholders through effective communication, an analytical mindset, and a bias towards action. You will be challenged to understand and contribute to rapidly changing business models, drive collaboration across teams, develop recommendations on strategic investment decisions, craft annual and long range plans, and partner with partnerships, product and business leaders to solve problems and achieve goals. Business Operations Manager - Global Business Group Responsibilities
  • Manage revenue and cost planning cycles within the Global Business Group: long-range plan, annual budget, goaling and quarterly forecasts.
  • Build analyses to drive better investment decisions, including a framework to evaluate ROI over the short and long term.
  • Develop strategic recommendations and assist business partner decision making with data driven scenario planning.
  • Create partnerships and own relationships with a range of business leaders, providing key insights into budget allocations.
  • Identify and drive critical initiatives to support go-to-market, monetization and business growth. Drive recommendations on monetization, business strategy and operations.
  • Analyze large datasets to interpret findings and identify actionable insights and opportunities.
  • Partner with finance and sales operations on quota setting and forecasting for client sales organization.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in business operations, finance or strategy
  • BS degree in quantitative field (Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Economics, Statistics, or related discipline)
  • Highly skilled at building complex financial models to synthesize business insights and solve strategic problems
  • Professional experience using SQL to synthesize large datasets and inform business decisions
  • Effective communication skills, including defining complex concepts and communicating them back to stakeholders in a simplified manner
  • Adept at building relationships with people across all levels and many functions
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a complex, fast-paced environment at a leading internet or high growth technology company
  • High level of ownership and experience driving cross-functional initiatives with minimal guidance. Experience working with Executives

$159,000/year to $225,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable. In addition to base salary, Meta offers benefits.
