Meta is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to help drive the partnership and deals with one of Meta’s top partners in the mobile ecosystem. The Alliance Partnerships team is responsible for managing some of Meta’s key relationships and is the primary point of contact for both our internal and external stakeholders across Meta’s Family of Apps and Reality Labs. This position requires high levels of creativity, strategic thinking, troubleshooting and leadership skills as you will be driving some of our top partnership initiatives while working cross-functionally with our Product, Engineering, Marketing and Legal teams.
Business Development & Partnerships Manager, Alliances Responsibilities
  • Set and drive partnership strategy for a top mobile OEM across key product pillars.
  • Operate as part of a small, SWAT team to push forward partnerships and sign deals across a significant surface area coverage for Meta’s Family of Apps and Reality Labs
  • Maintain direct and active relationships with partner companies, serving as an escalation point of various issues
  • Work cross-functionally to lead projects around long term product, policy, legal, marketing strategy around key initiatives that span all Meta properties
  • Develop complex relationships and drive deals to resolution through both internal and external communications
  • Represent Meta in external meetings with executives, both internally and externally
Minimum Qualifications
  • BA or BS Degree
  • 10+ years of work experience in product/platform, partnership or technical experience in consumer technology and mobile focused companies
  • 5+ years of partner facing experience
  • Experience working on highly negotiated and complex deals
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or Masters’ Degree preferred
  • Experience to define, develop and lead large programs in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Strong product sense and understanding of mobile product and technical matters
  • Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills – with the experience to develop working relationships at all levels of management, both inside and outside Meta
  • Executive presence
  • Understanding of Meta’s strategic and competitive position

$189,000/year to $258,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable. In addition to base salary, Meta offers benefits.
