This person will work closely with Vertical Finance Managers, Corporate FP&A, and key cross-functional partners to bring more scale, efficiency, innovation, and discipline to the Family of Apps Finance team. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, critical thinker who understands different perspectives and translates data-driven insights into thoughtful solutions. Equally important will be the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and know how to balance getting the details right while still moving fast.
Finance Manager, Family of Apps Responsibilities
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the Family of Apps orgs and drivers of their Headcount and Expense trends
  • Operate with a deep understanding of core FP&A planning principles, processes, and deliverables such as budgeting, forecasting, annual planning, accruals, variance analysis, approvals, and reporting
  • Drive quarterly financial consolidations (reporting), annual budget planning, close and forecast processes end to end
  • Develop a clear and concise narratives for financial takeaways, stay up to date on Family of Apps roadmaps, business updates and key financial information on an ongoing basis
  • Serve as first point of contact and liaison to Corporate finance, Headcount Strategy, Mission Control, Accounting, HR, Recruiting on matters relating to Headcount and Expense budget management
  • Identify and drive initiatives to continuously improve, automate, and scale forecasting, reporting, and other financial processes
  • Ability to work independently with limited guidance, across multiple time zones with Finance and key cross functional business partners
Minimum Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in FP&A, Data Analytics, or related roles
  • Proficient in analytical and quantitative modeling including Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and SQL
  • Experience in financial planning and creating data-driven analysis
  • Experience managing monthly or quarterly close reporting cycles
  • Effective communication skills with experience building relationships with people across an levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated experience to be organized, detail-oriented, a self-starter, and experience operating successfully in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree or advanced certificate in business, finance, accounting, management or related field
  • Experience with Oracle Financials or Hyperion Essbase
  • Experience creating dashboards in Tableau
