As we continue to grow, we are seeking an individual passionate about data privacy, integrity, process and operations excellence. The candidate will be part of the global operational team and knowledgeable about policies and legal obligations relating to data disclosure and integrity compliance requirements and support the processing of legal requests for user data in the civil litigation, regulatory, and electoral matters implicating user data preservation and disclosure.
CREW Analyst (Civil, Regulatory & Electoral Workflows) Responsibilities
  • Bring operational excellence and quality to a team that handles a large volume of incoming requests
  • Proficiently review, analyze, respond to and accurately assess legal requests and inquiries from regulators, third party attorneys, and internal partners ensuring that all requests are scrutinized and handled in strict accordance with applicable law, terms of service, internal policies and guidelines
  • Expertly represent existing policies and practices, handle escalations related to sensitive subject matters with responses that conform to applicable policies, governing style and format
  • Apply impeccable judgment, time management, and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and organizational needs, while staying focused on critical business objectives
  • Operate independently in a fast-paced, growing environment, build relationships and work collaboratively and proactively with legal teams, cross-functional partners and stakeholders
  • Propose solutions to complex matters and in high-pressure and ambiguous situations with a view to remediating potential data integrity risks
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
  • Willingness for helping others
Minimum Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a legal assistant or paralegal in a law firm or corporate policy or legal department
  • Experience with various computer systems, internet technology and software (PC, Mac, MS Office, Google Suite)
  • Experience prioritizing multiple functions and tasks while managing work time and core work responsibilities without compromising quality
  • Experience working independently and using judgment with minimal direct supervision and remote management
  • Proven work ethic, sense of responsibility, diplomacy and experience to work under pressure
  • Leading experience in working with partners
  • Proven organizational skills and detail orientation
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience to work with flexible schedule to include after hours, holiday and weekend coverage
  • Fluency in reading and analyzing legal documents in Portuguese and Spanish
  • Use of proven judgment in handling sensitive matters and experience to maintain confidentiality

$111,000/year to $163,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable. In addition to base salary, Meta offers benefits.
