Program Manager Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead product initiatives, and manage the personnel concerned to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented security and quality assurance systems and procedures designed for business pages on Meta.
  • Define and implement strategic initiatives that increase information security and content integrity for business pages and profiles.
  • Analyze webpage traffic data to discern business trends and develop support tools/solutions for security or content needs that are specific to business pages.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for Business Integrity programs, and help Data teams build tracking tools to monitor program KPIs.
  • Work with Product and Engineering teams to translate observed trends and metrics into scalable programs/scripts that can be integrated into webpage and app infrastructure to increase business page security and content quality.
  • Assess risks posed to businesses, raise security flags, and resolve progress issues related to business integrity projects and programs.
  • Measure the impact of integrity programs and initiatives both qualitatively and quantitatively by analyzing changes in business page metrics, user experiences, and user data after integrity programs and initiatives are implemented.
  • Manage security, quality, and integrity policy enforcement to ensure that the Business Integrity team meets Meta's business and community experience goals for small and large business pages.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Requires a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Science, Business Administration or a related field and 24 months of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Foreign degree equivalent accepted. Experience must include 24 months involving the following:
  • Launching new initiatives and projects
  • Managing advanced analytical systems that deal with large volumes of data and apply ML/AI and human cognitive capabilities to initiate variety of processes and actions for improving end user experiences and achieving business goals
  • Creating long term strategic vision, direction and transformation roadmap for an organization
  • Instituting and operationalizing agile and safe ways of working for development of technical and digital products and services
  • Leading strategic implementation and planning for risk and growth
  • Managing stakeholders and
  • Developing Executive Communications.

$161,736/year to $194,480/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable. In addition to base salary, Meta offers benefits.
