Client Partner Manager, Professional and Financial Services

Meta is seeking an experienced sales and marketing professional to help build and sell Facebook and Instagram’s advertising solutions to large advertisers. You’ll contribute to a high-caliber team in a business that is experiencing rapid and dramatic growth.; This role will require a self-starter who has also demonstrated previous solid performance and work in a constantly changing environment, dealing with ambiguity, and demonstrate problem-solving leadership with limited oversight. This is an unique opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing team, critical to Meta's success. You will be part of a team that helps fuel the innovation and growth of Meta’s core products and offers the ability to have a significant impact.
This position is located in our Tokyo, Japan office.
Client Partner Manager, Professional and Financial Services Responsibilities
- Exceed sales, pricing and yield goals for yourself and your team
- Identify and prioritize business opportunities
- Help define Meta's overall approach for industry advertisers working with client's marketing teams and agencies
- Partner with other cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives - developing work plans, synthesizing market related data, leading analysis and defining the overall business approach to Meta’s success
- Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales and services for Meta, including a good understanding of working with advertisers and agencies
- Increase the effectiveness of the team by recognizing opportunities for new approaches
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 + years of Marketing, Digital Advertising, Sales and/or consulting experience
- Proven track record of reaching and exceeding goals
- Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
- Ability to communicate, plan and present effectively to diverse audience
- Ability to partner and collaborate effectively and contribute to success of the team
- BA or BS degree or equivalent experience
- Fluency in Japanese and communicating in business level English required
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of 1) industry such as Financial Services 2) cross media (mass and digita) planning OR 3) measurement are plus
