Reality Labs is on a mission to build the next computing platform by putting people at the center of emerging hardware and software technologies - including Virtual Reality (VR), Mixed Reality (MR), and Augmented Reality (AR). The VR Content & Store marcom team sits within Reality Labs, driving marketing to support the highest priority content that sits on the Meta Quest platform and that millions of people around the world play every day. This includes first party content developed by Oculus Studios, like Beat Saber, Population:One, and Onward - as well as third party content, like NFL Pro Era and Among Us. We are looking for an experienced Integrated Marketing Manager to join the VR Content & Store team. In this role, you will define global marketing strategies, develop holistic marketing plans, and drive breakthrough campaign work for the highest priority titles and apps on the Meta Quest platform. This person will partner closely across the Meta Quest org and work closely with Marketing, PMM, and Developer Marketing teams. If you love gaming, entertainment, and VR/MR, this is an exciting opportunity to be on a small, agile team that works closely with the teams on the forefront of building out the newest and best content for Meta Quest.
Integrated Marketing Manager, VR Content & Store Responsibilities
  • Inputs into annual marketing plans, driving the connection between data/insights to strategy and plans
  • Builds bottoms-up budget to support strategy and drive against business/marketing goals
  • Leads strategy, planning, creative development and execution for key projects and campaigns
  • Partners closely with various cross-functional teams, including but not limited to, PMM, Oculus Studios, Marcom, Creative, and PR/Comms
Minimum Qualifications
  • Strategic thinker who has the experience to bridge insights/data to plans/briefs
  • Experience leading large, multi-channel campaigns from brief > concept > creative development > execution & measurement
  • Proven operator with a bias for action
  • Proven collaborator with experience working with multiple cross-functional partners and agencies
  • Experience with navigating change and driving through ambiguity
  • 10+ year professional experience in marketing and/or similar field (e.g. brand management, product marketing)
  • Experience working in gaming and/or entertainment industry
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience to lead through influence
  • Experience managing and building bottoms-up budgets ($5M+)
  • Global experience a plus

$150,000/year to $211,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable. In addition to base salary, Meta offers benefits.
