The Monetization Partnership team (MP) is seeking a strategic and results-driven Partner Manager to join our Commerce Partnerships Team in EMEA. The mission of the Monetization Partnership team is to drive business growth and foster innovation through partnerships. This role will involve collaborating with some of the most influential and exciting partners in the ecosystem, where you'll be building technology solutions to drive growth and innovation for advertisers and partners. We are seeking an experienced business development and partnerships professional who is a self-starter, thrives in ambiguity, and is passionate about partners, products, and people.
Strategic Partner Manager, Commerce Partnerships (17 months contract) Responsibilities
  • Identify and translate market opportunities and challenges into a well-defined strategy aimed at accelerating the growth of the ecosystem in EMEA.
  • Collaborate with partners at different stages of the partnership life cycle (emerging or established) to focus on their go-to-market plans.
  • Map the partner ecosystem to identify upcoming technological trends. Prospect and consult with developers across EMEA to build an innovative partner ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence partner product development efforts, including both shorter-term feature requests and long-term strategic roadmaps.
  • Represent the team in events and evangelize the program to the industry and developer partners.
  • Drive product adoption and provide ongoing education about new and existing Meta marketing products, especially those that leverage APIs and other advanced technology.
  • Plan and lead strategic initiatives in close partnership with cross functional teams and drive execution
Minimum Qualifications
  • 10+ years of client facing experience in partner management, account management, or technical sales
  • Experience developing working relationships at all levels of management, internally and externally
  • Strong project management, organization and stakeholder engagement skills, including multitasking to lead and execute multiple projects in parallel
  • Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives in close partnership with cross functional teams and drive execution
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders, building strong functional relationships based on trust and respect
  • Strong communication skills, proactive expectations management
  • Self-starter, proven ability to shift priorities quickly and act proactively, while maintaining organization and focus on the key priorities
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
  • Experience in using data to come up with executive summaries and business cases that drive decision-making and investments
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in advertising and marketing developers ecosystem, incl. technology solutions
  • Experience in working in scaled account management or marketing programs
  • Knowledge of Meta's product suite, innovation, technology, and online marketing
  • Strong communication skills, proactive expectations management
  • Experience with Commerce Platforms and / or Marketplaces
