The Client Partner for Meta's Global Marketing Solutions team in Indonesia is a strategic and forward-thinking professional who places our partners' businesses at the core of our operations. This role presents an exceptional opportunity to build and manage key client relationships, be recognized as a business and platform expert, and demonstrate strong skills in strategy, and measurement to top marketers in the Indonesian market. With a proven understanding of both performance and brand marketing, this role is responsible to nurture and develop trusted client relationships, build innovative solutions to unlock business opportunities for advertiser/partners, drive revenue through strategic selling, and optimize complex opportunities. A keen understanding and interest in leveraging data and analytics to build solutions for partners is essential. The Client Partner will establish and strengthen key client relationships with a focus on driving revenue, educating advertisers, and ensuring advertiser satisfaction. Success in this position requires strong consultative sales, analytical, and measurement skills, a focus on client service, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving, team-focused environment.
Client Partner Responsibilities
  • Foster and strengthen senior customer relationships, with a laser focus on revenue growth and client satisfaction.
  • Formulate and deliver account and sub-vertical plans, while accurately reporting results, insights, revenue and impact across a portfolio of existing clients.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of strategic initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, including the ability to synthesize feedback and adjust plans accordingly.
  • Identify and effectively communicate industry, consumer, and partner-specific trends to influence Meta's future business strategies.
  • Activate and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet clients' business objectives.
  • Take the lead on strategic initiatives that scale across other verticals and regions globally.
  • Serve as the escalation point for client-related issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Represent Meta at company, client and industry events.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience working within performance marketing, digital media, or technology industries.
  • Prior sales experience/business revenue generation with performance focused clients
  • A demonstrated track record of generating revenue growth within a complex, demanding portfolio.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills at all levels of an organization.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to design and deliver powerful stories using data.
  • Demonstrated ability to structure, negotiate, and maintain complex strategic relationships that deliver revenue growth.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative, fast-moving and ambiguous environment.
  • Ability to travel for in-person client meetings and business review
  • Ability to inspire, support and motivate cross-functional teams without relying on formal authority.
  • Ability to influence decision makers and nurture long-term senior relationships.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English are essential as the successful candidate will manage accounts and clients in both languages on day to day basis.
