We are looking for an experienced Marketer to join the Meta Consumer Marketing team in LATAM. As a member of the International Consumer Marketing team, this role is responsible for the strategic development and execution of local marketing campaigns and initiatives that build trust and value in the Meta Family of Apps among consumers across a variety of channels. The ideal candidate for this role is passionate about building brands and has demonstrated success launching insight-driven integrated global and/or regional consumer brand marketing initiatives. This individual possesses sharp strategic and creative instincts and has experience in all stages of the marketing process, including strategy, research, creative concept development and execution, agency management, and driving data-driven results through insights and analytics. To be successful in the role, this person will need to be a highly effective collaborator, working in partnership with cross-functional teams - both at the local and global level - to achieve the Meta International marketing objectives in LATAM. This is a full-time position based in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Consumer Marketing Manager, LATAM Responsibilities
  • Support breakthrough, innovative, and effective creative marketing strategies, executions, and campaign development through a strategic lens on the consumer, idea and touch points that meets both short- and long-term brand and business goals
  • Develop inspiring creative briefs from brand, consumer, marketplace, and cultural insights, from various sources of data
  • Collaborate closely with partners across the global Consumer Marketing organization including Central App Marketing Teams, Insights, Analytics, Product Marketing, Creative, and Media to identify and measure long and medium-term value of our work
  • Steward integrated marketing processes with team and cross-functional partners: from concept, launch, iteration and optimization
  • Cultivate strong collaborative relationships with local Business, Insights, Media, Policy, Comms, Sales, Partnerships and other stakeholders as well as local agency partners to build advocacy for and execute local plans
Minimum Qualifications
  • 8+ years of brand marketing experience with consumer-facing brand in FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods), consumer technology, or similar global/multinational company with significant experience working in Brazil (LATAM)
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing insight-driven integrated marketing campaigns that drove quantitative results at local and/or global levels
  • Highly experienced in digital marketing - ideally with some experience in marketing on Meta-owned properties
  • Proven strategic, analytical, creative and project management abilities.
  • Experience autonomously driving initiatives at both a strategic and executional level with lightweight manager input
  • Highly collaborative and adept at leading and influencing cross-functional teams effectively, internally as well as external partners and agencies
  • Experience working and thriving in a self-starter, fast-paced and changing environment
  • Ability to travel both regionally and internationally, approximately 10-20% of time
  • Native Portuguese and fluent English
  • Bachelor’s degree
