Meta is seeking an experienced Business Messaging Program Manager Lead to drive strategic projects and initiatives to accelerate the Business Messaging business for the region. This professional will be responsible for delivering complex projects that require coordinating internal stakeholders, integrating communication channels across a number of internal and external teams and projects, as well as managing sales operations such as pipeline updates and reporting. The successful candidate will be organized, able to shift seamlessly between proactive and reactive requests, including strategic projects and daily operations. This person should be a team player and eager to work in a fast-paced, high expectations' environment. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, and will be resourceful in building relationships across the larger Meta ecosystem. This position will be based in our Sao Paulo office.
Business Messaging Program Manager Lead Responsibilities
  • Manage cross-functional communications and strategic coordination to deliver on defined projects to support the Global Business Group on Business Messaging
  • Design and execute on a standard cadence of operations, while also independently developing and managing project plans to support key stakeholder asks
  • Bring visibility and control to the client and BSP (Business Solution Provider) partner sales governance and pipeline flows across messaging platforms
  • Drive business Insights, with key XFN partners, to conduct impactful analysis of revenue, products, verticals, and opportunities
  • Contribute to content and communication development for internal and external stakeholder engagements and communications
Minimum Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in executive support, consulting, project management, or other client-facing roles
  • Proven communication, project and process management skills
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects, from ideation to execution
  • Experience working effectively with people at all levels, both inside and outside of Meta
  • Willingness to act proactively and shift priorities quickly
  • Proven experience in driving end-to-end strategy setting and implementation, including influencing senior stakeholder buy-in
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese OR Spanish (speaking and writing)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong decision-making skills and experience navigating complexity
  • Experience working directly with senior leadership
  • Experience with communications, marketing, and/or sales/sales operation is preferred
  • 4+ years experience in business operations, analytics or planning, and sales or sales ops piece.
  • Demonstrable problem-solving experience with experience providing practical business insights from large, complex data sets.
